Venues announced for 2016 Manchester Film Festival

After a phenomenal inaugural year, the Manchester Film Festival is proud and excited to announce their venue partnerships for the second edition with HOME, Odeon at the Printworks, AMC, Great Northern Warehouse, and Manchester’s Chambers of Commerce. From March 3rd to 6th 2016, ManIFF will showcase a vast selection of world and UK premieres from around the world in what will be Manchester’s very first city wide international film festival. AMC and new venue HOME will host ManIFF 2016’s Gala opening premieres whilst the Odeon Printworks will screen an expansive line up of never seen before films in the midst of special themed events over the 4 day weekend. Home of Manchester’s Chamber of Commerce, the historical ‘Elliot House’ and ManIFF’s founder venue The Great Northern Warehouse will be home to the festival’s hub that will house workshops, live shows and special events.  The first weekend of March 2016 will see Manchester welcome filmmakers, industry professionals and film lovers, to celebrate the very best of independent cinema from every corner of the globe.

The official selection, events and the festival's Jury members will be announced January 7th at an invitation only event at Elliot House, after which tickets will go on sale to the general public for ManIFF2016.
