To honour the strong content of female directed films within ManIFF2016's official Selection the Odeon Printworks will present a selection of female directed by and or featuring inspiring women on Sunday 6th March to coincide with Manchester's 2016 Wonder Woman season. The amazing line up includes premieres - A Beautiful Now - West of Redemption - Despite the Falling Snow - Right Footed - There Should Be Rules - You are Whole - Debris - Winter - Perfection. The female filmmakers of the official selection 2016 will discuss their experiences and beliefs throughout the day at Elliot House Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce from 12.00pm to 5.00pm.

Janet is the founder of COFILMIC, a grassroots network for people who make comedy across TV, film and live performance.  This includes film screenings, competitions, courses and live sketchwriting showcases.
She has written and produced several short comedy films and is the Event Co-ordinator for Women in Film and TV in the North of England.
